On March 9, 2026, a New Jersey federal court granted a defendant bank’s motion to dismiss the plaintiff-customer’s Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) action, finding that despite the customer not providing timely notice of alleged credit card billing errors to the bank, the bank complied with its obligations under the FCBA. Chris Turcotte represented the bank. LaDoux v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., 2026 WL 685629 (D.NJ. Mar.9, 2026).
