Chris focuses his practice on litigation in the banking and financial services sector, and specifically in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, drawing from more than two decades in the courtroom.
He has vast experience in successfully defending suits brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and related state law claims.
Chris has represented major securities and banking institutions as well as senior management at publicly traded corporations in both civil and criminal proceedings. He has been a member of trial teams in federal and state court actions going to verdict in venues spanning from Connecticut to Illinois. He was involved in groundbreaking litigation in New Jersey relating to emerging developments in healthcare management and telemedicine.
