Jeff Riazi
Jeff is a Partner with the firm and focuses his practice on representing FinTech and other specialty-financial-services companies in general corporate, compliance, consumer regulatory and litigation defense matters.
Jeff has been practicing law for 15+ years in a variety of private practice and corporate counsel roles. Between the years 2016-2020, Jeff held a senior legal role at On Deck Capital, Inc. (“OnDeck”). Prior to OnDeck, between the years 2011-2016, Jeff held a senior legal role at SquareTwo Financial Corp. (“S2F”). From his OnDeck and S2F days, roughly a decade, Jeff has deep experience and understanding of legal needs and nuances of the FinTech and specialty-financial services industries.
